Depending on the quality of the vibrator, they can last anywhere from a few months to a few years. 

It also depends of how often it is used, if it is cleaned/taken care of and if it is kept in a cool, dry place away from other toys that have differing texture. Remember to remove batteries each time after use so they don't leak into your adult toy.
