Postage
Postage is FREE for orders over $200 Australia-wide or $9.95 for all other orders. Your package will be discreetly wrapped in bubble wrap (if required) and then brown paper. It will then be placed into a satchel and delivered to you via a courier. Most orders are wrapped and ready for courier pickup on the same day.
$9.95 for Fast Shipping with Australia Air Express in a plain satchel within 3-6 working days.
$12.95 for Australia Post standard shipping in a plain satchel within 4-6 working days.
Will you mention Adult Shop, Adult Boutique or Sex Shop on the Return Address?
We WILL NOT have any of these mentioned on your package. The return address is personal and looks like this:

Is the Product Available In-Store?
If a product appears "In-Stock" here on AddoraLive.com, click on it to view it's description. If you are looking for a certain size or colour, select it and see if the "In-Stock" button still shows.
As long as it doesn't say "Out of Stock" there's a 99.9% chance it's available in store. You can always call us to double check on (08) 8337 8877.
